Art for Art's Sake - Art Classes with Anne
A painting and drawing class suitable for all levels of ability in Didsbury, Manchester. Everyone is welcome.
This class is primarily for pleasure and aims to assist in sustaining health and wellbeing as well as accumulating a portfolio of artwork. Lessons will result in a body of work to take away with you. If you want to work on your own topics, support will be offered. You will be encouraged to work with a range of media and try various techniques.
Your tutor is a highly experienced, qualified teacher who has also worked in industry, freelanced as a designer, and is a practising artist.
Please bring a basic range of art materials e.g. 2B, 6B pencils, charcoal, fine line pen, an old shirt, paint to be discussed. Anne will further advise what to bring for the relevant sessions, on contacting her. Some materials will be provided. You will need to bring your own paper, A1 or A2 portfolio recommended.
